Curious who has a gratitude practice. I
Recently started ended my day by writing out 5 things I’m grateful for today and then I write 10 dreams I have for my life and write them as if I’ve already made them happen so my brain starts accepting them as fact. Would love to hear about other people’s practices! 💗

I do 3 gratitudes in the morning and 3 at night. I don’t have anything fancy, just a notebook

I write my gratitude list in the morning, so I can start my day with a positive mindset.

Love you back! 💗 It’s also nice when you’re having a bad day to go back and look at previous things you were grateful for - helps to get your mind back in a positive zone.

@thearee she is an absolutely AMAZING soul. I love her dearly! I always try to come up with points of gratitude mentally, but I think physically writing them down will make it more powerful! ❤

@Sarah What a thoughtful gift! I’m sure the person who gave it to you is an amazing human being! 😜🤣😂 but seriously, I have really enjoyed implementing gratitude in to my life - it makes me so much more aware throughout my day trying to come up with my 5 gratitudes. 💗
