Gabby Bernstein is amazing! I highly suggest her blog for inspirational reading. She also has a book, "The Universe Has Your Back"; it literally changed my life! 🙌❤

I don't know of the tapping that's mentioned is similar to what I've taught my son to do when he's overwhelmed but it's a process that has hhelped him to find his breath.

Thanks or sharing this Sarah! Lots of great info... I am particularly intrigued by tapping. Does anyone utilize tapping as a tool?

I have definitely found growth in trusting in a higher power and meditation. When you first recommended her book I was honestly like *eye roll* is this gonna be all Jesus-y? But it was EXACTLY what I had always thought deep down in myself. And she is so good on helping you bring focus into your meditations. I love it! I definitely still struggle with adjusting my energy. There are situations where I put so much stress and energy into it, and it's not even my problem! 🙄 Learning to zoom and and take a look at situations from a higher perspective is certainly something I am still working on. As well as relying on help from the Universe. I also really appreciate how she is very "you're a work in progress and that's fine." Through her (and you and Stacy) I've learned I don't have to fix all the things to enjoy things. I can celebrate my accomplishments and still recognize my areas of growth. ❤🙌

oh, Sarah! you know I love me some Gabby Bernstein! One thing I really appreciate about this particular blog is that she addresses the importance of acknowledging our emotions... so often spiritual teachers are quick to skip over this essential part of our healing. Calling in our resources, acknowledging our feelings without staying stuck and moving towards solution sounds a lot like an Inner Revolution to me :) I also love how she calls out the inportance of healthy community🧡🙏 so, so yummy! what parts of this process maybe still feel hard and which ones can you see expansion, growth or ease in? I love asking these questions of myself and others for more perspective on our healing journeys! If you are so inclined I would love to hear your answers!! Thank you so much for sharing🧡🧡
