@Lori I thought is was perfect for what we are learning to do on a personal level, but eerily it also depicts what may be happening globally. I know what you mean about the extra time and extra energy. The fear grows exponentially. It makes me crazy. I’ve decided to do some gardening to burn off the energy and to give my mind something else to focus on. Take care my friend and stay safe.

Mary this rings so true within me. The past hangs on so tightly, good and bad. Bad rears up it's ugliest in times like this to me. As l now have expanded time on my hands, I decided to take this time as a blessing and clear out myself inside and out.
