Been feeling so much anxiety/fear the last couple days. Seeing what's going on in the world is terrifying. The media around the fires in Australia and the awful things going on in Iran make my belly ache and solar plexus tight and heavy.
Did the Softening Around Emotions meditation this morning in the App and then did some journaling and feel a little less overwhelmed.

Oh @thearee you are not alone! This has been my conversation with @sbeambruce every morning. How I have been handling โ€œitโ€ IS to feel, alarmed, scared, and sad that we feel like we canโ€™t talk about it. THEN finding someone I can talk about it with, letting the emotions run through me and asking what can I do today towards a solution even within my own backyard. Thank you so much for putting this here and allowing all of us a space of safety, release and solutions.

oof! you are not alone, @thearee. I am really feeling it too! Giving voice to it and doing a meditation to ground and soften does help with the overwhelm and hopelessness. Thank you for voicing it here so we know we aren't aloneโค๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜˜
