what would you reccomend for those days when you jusy feel worthless and walked over? what kind of yoga, or meditation? will you be adding some chanting recommendations to the app?

Hi Lori! Thank you so much for sharing. I know those feelings you decribe can feel really heavy and can be so easy to get stuck in! A couple of Meditation Recommendations to help move and soften those emotions: Taming the Inner Critic, Inner Resources or any of the Chakra meditations. Yoga will also be helpful in physically moving any stuck feelings, and music is so pwoerful at helping with both the release of emotions and the higher connection! I love the idea of sharing chanting/music recommendations. I will start a post and we can add our favorites... thank you for that brilliant idea!! Much love to you🧡🙏
