How many of you can relate to the concept of True guilt vs. False guilt that I spoke to on the Livesteam this morning? I am curious if you can feel into the difference between them and how they manifest in your physical body in different ways?

Stacy, l too grew up in a family similar to yours. l too fight the , l should , its deeply rooted. So l am learning to stop, look in and breathe first, before acting. thank you for sharing that💚

True guilt leads me to be a better person and that feels like growth in my body. False guilt condemns me and makes me feel heavy and not good enough.

I grew up in a family where action or service was often because we “should.” There is a guilt thought pattern that even still tells me I “should”. The progress for me is as I become authentic me I recognize those guilty “shoulds” and learn to work from a place of authenticity and not compulsion. Thank you for wisdom!!
