First time poster, long time fan! 😊 I do love the app! Just like most things that involve self-care, I have a hard time with distractions while listening to some of the meditations. I'm trying to put small doses of self care in my daily routine, but I feel I'm only successful once or twice a week. Keep in mind that any one of my three kids will interrupt/distract if I am focusing on what's good for me. What routines have worked for any of you?
