Stuck in that awkward place of craving connection, but not knowing how to connect. In the place of trying to tell myself I am worthy of connection, and trying not to let old habits and beliefs take over. It's a tough battle...

@sarah I support you and am willing to connect on any level. Like I've told @Lori , never hesitate to reach out! I will come and bring the Meems and set up camp with some tea at your place. 😊

Disconnection and Shame is that ever present filter that we all deal with and hides how much courage we really have. @sbeambruce stated the action steps so perfectly, the only thing I want to add is that while you are attuning to where you are belonging and connecting, Attune to your courage, willpower and strength that is within and visible to us all. 😘❤️

Thank you @sbeambruce. Shame definitely takes over and it's a hard emotion to work with. What's really hard is looking above the shame and seeing that I have been progressing and not regressing.

@Sarah I know that this is a painful place to be in, and when I am there I know it comes with a lot of shame. As you know the very best way to move through shame is to give it a voice, I am so proud of you for having the courage to just speak it in a safe space! I find the first helpful step in moving back towards connection is to connect with yourself, breathe in and out through your heart center, listen to the LovingKindness meditation. Once you feel a little softening with yourself, start to gently challenge your old beliefs, while they may have been true in your past, how have they changed, evolved, progressed and grown into something healthier? (because they have!) And third, what can you attune to in your life today that validates connection and belonging? You are loved and so not alone!😘🙏❤
